You are invited to participate in Project ACES (Accessing Child Educational Services). This research study is looking at how to support parents and caregivers in early referral of their children when they have problems in learning, behavior and development.

To participate, you will complete a survey that asks about your concerns and experiences related to your child’s development. You will also be asked to supply some background information on your family such as education and ethnic group. The survey and background information will take about 10 minutes to complete.

All of your responses will remain anonymous unless you instruct our team to get in touch with you.
